We are building a modern software platform focused on helping organisations manage complex workflows, data, and decision-making across large-scale operations.

We are looking for a Software Developer to help design, build, and scale core platform capabilities. You’ll work closely with product and design in a small, high-trust team, contributing to systems that prioritise reliability, clarity, and long-term maintainability.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving hard problems, writing clean systems-level code, and working on foundational software rather than surface-level features.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain core software components of a B2B platform
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
• Debug, optimise, and improve performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a software developer or engineer
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
• Experience building backend services, APIs, or platform infrastructure
• Solid understanding of software design principles and data structures
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical problems
• Clear communication skills and comfort working in a small team

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud environments and distributed systems
• Familiarity with databases, data pipelines, or event-driven architectures
• Experience working on enterprise or platform-level software
• Exposure to agile or iterative development processes
