We are a venture-backed (Seed) financial technology firm building a next-generation Decision Intelligence Layer for the world’s largest financial institutions. In a period of unprecedented global volatility, we provide the infrastructure that allows Tier-1 banks to synchronize their internal risk models with real-world events in real-time.

We are seeking a Founding Head of Sales to lead our commercial strategy. You will be responsible for moving the needle from technical validation to enterprise-wide adoption, working directly with the founding team to secure and scale multi-million dollar partnerships within the global banking ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships: Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite executives (CROs, CIOs, Heads of Business) at Tier-1 banks and asset managers.
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Refine and execute a "low-touch" integration strategy that embeds our technology directly into existing institutional workflows and terminals.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial high-level discovery to technical scoping, legal/security review, and final MSA execution.
  • Institutional Evangelism: Position the platform as a mission-critical governance and compliance tool for the 2026 regulatory landscape.
  • Sales Operations: Design the foundational sales playbooks, pricing models, and team structures required to scale from $0 to $10M+ ARR.

Basic Requirements

  • Enterprise Track Record: 8+ years of experience in high-ACV enterprise software sales, specifically selling into Tier-1 financial institutions.
  • Financial Literacy: Deep understanding of the global banking landscape, including risk management, trade finance, or regulatory compliance.
  • Stealth/Early-Stage DNA: Proven ability to build a market from scratch, navigating ambiguity and long institutional sales cycles without a massive support staff.
  • Technical Comfort: Ability to discuss complex data architectures (APIs, Graph databases, AI/ML) as they relate to business outcomes.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex geopolitical and technical narratives into a compelling commercial case.

Preferred Requirements

  • Network: Strong existing relationships within Global Markets or Risk departments at major international banks.
  • Experience: Previous "first-sales-hire" experience at a successful FinTech or Enterprise AI startup.
  • Education: MBA or advanced degree in Finance or a related field.
